I'm Patrick Evans, CPA, a passionate advocate for American expats navigating the complexities of U.S. taxation while living in Switzerland. I began my journey in 2014 by founding the US Tax Practice —the premier boutique U.S. tax partner in Switzerland. In 2017, I evolved the practice into The Tax Practice, expanding our expertise to offer integrated U.S. and Swiss tax solutions for Americans living abroad. Now, in 2025, I'm excited to return to our roots by refocusing exclusively on U.S. tax services, ensuring that each client receives personalized, expert guidance.
Living in Switzerland for the past 12 years, married since 2010, and raising three wonderful children here has given me firsthand insight into the unique challenges faced by American expats.
